About Sarah

As a Reflexologist for the past 12 years, Sarah has worked with hundreds of women supporting them with their health and wellbeing. It was after a career in marketing, Sarah decided to leave the stresses of the office world to follow her passion for holistic therapies. It was the deep effects these therapies had on Sarah both emotionally and physically, that led her to start her training.

The tranquil Stepping Stones treatment room offers women a supportive sanctuary away from the stresses of everyday life.

Sarah began her holistic career through studying and qualifying in Reiki 1 and 2. Sarah then went on to train in Reflexology at the highly regarded Philip Salmon School of Reflexology. It was during this time that Sarah knew she wanted to follow her passion for fertility and women's health. This led to Sarah completing post graduate training in Reflexology for Fertility, Maternity, Menopause and Female Conditions.

Having gone through pregnancy loss herself, she understands the stresses and joys of fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal stages.

Sarah has also trained in Facial Reflexology The Bergman Method, with the highly regarded Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology.

Sarah has also trained in Auricular Reflexology and is qualified to include the application of Ear seeds as part of treatments.

Sarah's passion for teaching parents led to the creation of Baby Steps with Sarah. She runs a number of successful classes that teach new parents how to support their baby with Baby Massage, Reflexology and Yoga. Using the Tiny Toes Reflexage Technique, Sarah's classes focus on the wellbeing of both Mother and Baby.

As a mother of 2 children herself, Sarah is passionate about improving the wellbeing of children.

Sarah is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, working to the highest standards and a professional code of practice.

Sarah is a qualified and accredited EFT Therapist. With over 10 years of personal EFT transformation (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping!), Sarah loves being able to offer EFT therapy and coaching to support women through the emotional side of their health journey. Stress, anxiety and overwhelm have all had a huge effect on Sarah since her teens and EFT is the tool that changed that!
