What happens in a Baby Reflexage class?
A warm and welcoming environment, each class starts with relaxation and a mindful moment. Followed by a casual chat about our week (there is no pressure at all to chat! Listening to those around you is valuable in itself).
We then learn a lovely, simple to follow, massage and reflexology routine for your baby. We focus on a different topic each week to support your baby with a range of issues.
At the end of each class, there is an opportunity for your baby to receive a short advanced reflexology treatment from Sarah, focusing on an issue that your baby may be experiencing that week.
This is the unique benefit of having a qualified Reflexologist as your class instructor!
Babies are in charge in this class! We only massage our babies when they are happy and ready. Feeding, changing and cuddles can take place as much as your baby needs.
Following each class, you will receive a video from me, showing you the routine we have learnt that week. So if you missed anything in class, you can practice the routine at home at a time that suits you and baby best.
Each class ends with tea, biscuits, more chat and a chance to take some lovely photos of your baby in the ‘circle of love'.
What do I need to bring to class?
I make sure you have everything you need in class plus lots of lovely extras! Oil, mats, cushions and blankets are all included. I ask that you bring along a towel for your baby as it’s comforting for baby to be wrapped up in a familiar scent from home. But I have spare towels, so please do not worry if you have forgotten yours.
Kind Words
Sarah taught me lovely routines that I now use with my son at home. He always sleeps so well after his reflexology massage. And his reflux has definitely improved. Sarah has such a friendly and warm nature.

Since having my baby, Sarah has treated her as she suffered with terrible constipation and colic. She is a fidgety baby but would instantly relax whenever Sarah held her feet!
